Training Sessions

Sessions for all abilities

East Durham Running Club meets on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Monday holds the Just Run, Recovery and Progression Groups and Wednesdays are Jill’s Skills & Drills. Friday hosts morning runs and gym sessions. Runners are welcome to attend any sessions – all sessions are open to all abilities.

At various times of the year there will be 10 week courses of Couch to 5k to help recruit and encourage new runners who will then feed into the Monday and Wednesday sessions. We also offer monthly expeditions out on the fells to build upon nav and fell running confidence.

Feel free to message for details of a session if you want to try any. You can mix and match as you wish.

Morning Motivation

Mondays at 6:00am

Who’s it for? Early risers who want to get up and moving with some strength based running sessions. Suitable for all.

Just Run

Mondays at 6:15pm

Who’s it for? Open to all runners looking for a steady paced session. Suitable for all.
